At Dhanwantre Ayurvedic Clinic, we strive to provide high-quality Ayurvedic treatments, therapies, and herbal products. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds may be accepted.

 

1. For Ayurvedic Treatments & Therapies

  • No Refunds will be issued once a therapy session or consultation has been completed.

  • Prepaid therapy packages may be refunded only if cancellation is requested at least 48 hours before the first scheduled session.

  • If you are unable to attend a booked session, we will be happy to reschedule with at least 24 hours’ prior notice.

 

2. For Products (Chyawanprash & Herbal Syrup)

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

We accept product returns/exchanges only if:

  • The item is damaged during delivery

  • The item is incorrect (wrong product delivered)

  • The product is expired or has a quality issue upon delivery

Conditions:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase (invoice) and clear photos of the issue must be provided

 

3. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

  • If an exchange is preferred, we will send the replacement product at no extra cost.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or partially used products

  • Products without original packaging or proof of purchase

  • Items purchased from third-party sellers or distributors
